    Position Overview
    As a QSR Team Member, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Your role involves serving customers, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience. With a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, you contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer Service:
    - Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide friendly and efficient service throughout their visit.
    - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's POS system.
    - Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing, and make recommendations as needed.
    - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management as necessary.

    2. Food Preparation:
    - Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
    - Ensure food items are cooked, grilled, fried, or assembled to quality standards and served fresh and hot.
    - Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
    - Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including handwashing, glove usage, and temperature control, to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.

    3. Order Fulfillment:
    - Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers, either through dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru service.
    - Package orders accurately and securely for takeout and delivery orders, including condiments, utensils, and napkins as needed.
    - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate order flow and maintain efficient operations during peak hours.

    4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
    - Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
    - Monitor and restock supplies, including napkins, utensils, condiments, and cleaning products, to ensure availability during service hours.

    5. Cash Handling and Transactions:
    - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
    - Count and balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, reconciling any discrepancies with management.
    - Adhere to cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent theft or loss.

    6. Teamwork and Collaboration:
    - Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff, servers, and managers, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
    - Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks, prioritize workload, and address any issues or concerns.
    - Support fellow team members during busy periods and assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment, is preferred but not required.
    - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    - Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
    - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    - Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations.
