VHS is looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist for a long-term contract in Meridian, MS
$88/hr as Independent Contractor
Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8.No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays
Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate.

help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
Assist in rehabilitation of patients.

**This position is to support the Psychological Health initiative under the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (PH and TBI) program. Through adoption of risk-based staffing models and a uniform, best practice standard of care across the Department of Defense (DOD), the program seeks to ensure easy, rapid access to PH care for all beneficiaries and to ensure that transition across networks of care recognizes the unique care coordination and case management requirements for PH and TBI patients.
D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited psychology program.

Internship/Residency:

Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.

Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
