    The client has a robust Adobe Analytics setup, we are going to transition away from Adobe Target and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Evergage).

    This role will be much more hands-on in delivering on analytics ticket development, engineering for affiliate marketing pixels, and other third-party integrations.

    Hands-on and work with our current architect, following established patterns to complete delivery, working on other integrations, they would be worth interviewing.


    How you'll make an impact:


    The Optimizations team is responsible for designing and implementing analytics solutions for multiple web properties, in addition to leading integration with third-party systems such as affiliate marketing vendors, compliance vendors, and more.

    This team of engineers supports by writing code that makes data meaningful, allows the business to understand its users, and meets important legal obligations.


    What you'll do:


    As an Analytics and Integration Engineer, you will be designing and implementing analytics solutions in the SiriusXM Account Management, Purchase Flows, and Marketing Websites.

    Working closely with business stakeholders, application developers, and data analysts, you will write elegant and efficient client-side JavaScript, utilize Adobe Tags (formerly Launch), Adobe Analytics, and other technologies to help SiriusXM learn how to better serve its customers.

    In addition, you will deploy affiliate marketing requirements and other third-party integrations to meet business and compliance needs.
    Gathering of data is only meaningful if you can take meaning from it. An engineer with a history and passion for data analysis, reporting, and insights will be welcome.

    A forward-thinker with an innovative streak, you think in terms of "how might we..." or "wouldn't it be better if..." when engineering.

    Rather than only tackling a to-do list, you approach problems with an eye for continuous improvement and have the space to raise your ideas and carry them through.


    What you'll need:


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredProficient in modern JavaScript with extensive hands-on experienceModerate proficiency in HTML and CSS for tag customization and troubleshootingFamiliarity with both traditional server-rendered web and single-page applicationsProven expertise in configuring and managing tags, rules, and data elements using Adobe Launch or Tag Manager platformKnowledgeable in designing and implementing a data layer to optimize data collection and simplify the tagging processFamiliarity with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools for seamless integration and data accuracyExperience using version control systems for handling changes and updates to tag configurationsAnalytical skills for understanding data requirements, business goals, and translating them into effective tag management strategiesProficient in generating reports and insights from tag data, providing actionable recommendations for enhancing website performance and user experienceFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and the capability to implement tags for tracking and optimizing experimentsKnowledgeable in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking for various online goals and eventsEffective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including marketers, developers, and team members, for gathering requirements and providing updates on tag management activitiesCollaborative approach with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to ensure alignment on tagging strategies and goalsThorough documentation skills for creating and maintaining documentation related to tag implementations, data layers, and associated processesCommitment to staying informed about industry trends, updates to the Adobe Launch platform, and best practices in tag management and digital analyticsStrong problem-solving skills for addressing challenges related to tag management and data trackingMeticulous attention to detail to guarantee accurate and consistent data collectionExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Evergage) a plusMust have the legal right to work in the U.S.
