    Environmental Control Systems Technical Lead - Level 5 We are Lockheed Martin This position is for an Environmental Control System technical lead supporting our Advanced Development Programs
    Primary responsibilities will involve overall coordination and execution for the development of environmental control systems
    This position will research, define, analyze, develop, design, provide technical supplier management, test, and qualify mechanical and fluid systems to support ECS development projects
    Performs requirements definition in coordination with system engineering
    Develops, reviews, and maintains engineering drawings and models
    Supports integration and flight test, production, and sustainment activities
    Ensures program objectives are accomplished through troubleshooting and system subject matter expertise to assist in maintenance and delivery of effective technical data

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, equivalent experience/combined education considered Extensive experience in the system-level design and analysis of Environmental Control Systems (ECS)

    Desired Skills:
    Experience in ECS Performance modelling Experience in generating or establishing system level requirements and interfaces for ECS systems
    Experience in system level requirement verification Experience with Vapor Cycle ECS Systems and traditional Air Cycle Systems Experience with liquid cooling, forced air cooling, and ram air cooling systems Experience leading a technical engineering team
    Experience briefing senior leadership and customers.

    Security Clearance Statement:
    This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
