    As an Account Management Supervisor within the Lease Administration department, you will oversee a team of 3 to 5 employees, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily administrative tasks, managing accounts and transactions, reviewing legal documents, and facilitating communication between various departments, management levels, customers, and vendors.

    Job Description:


    • Supervise daily administrative tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, legal document processing, and check requests.


    • Actively manage accounts and transactions, including interactions with customers, vendors, and Sales Representatives.


    • Review Certificate of Acceptance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.


    • Communicate effectively with internal departments across the organization and engage with all levels of management as needed.


    • Maintain strong communication channels with customers and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    Qualifications:


    • Two to three years of prior supervisory experience in a detailed-oriented environment, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as data entry, meeting deadlines, providing performance guidance, and conducting employee reviews.


    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel to effectively analyze data and generate reports.


    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered.


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and convey information clearly.
