Flavored Operations serves as a support team to 19 Sonic Drive Ins and a growing 7Brew Presence. Our Baton Rouge based company, supports locations from Laplace, LA to Alexandria, LA.

We are a team of elite operational support staff including equipment and technology technicians with a goal to increase productivity and efficiency across our QSR brands.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional financial acumen, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall business objectives

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Produce financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
• Execute accounts payables, monitor and communicate company cash flow
• Oversee the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers
• Drive revenue cycle management initiatives to enhance cash flow and minimize bad debt
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and tax accounting principles
• Demonstrated expertise in profit loss analysis, revenue management, and supply chain finance
• Solid understanding of financial systems and technology solutions
• Experience in public accounting
