*Hiring* School-based Physical Therapist

Soliant is working with a school district in Phoenix, Arizona to place a physical therapist assistant.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA),you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to the students.

Description:

• Full Time
• Directly working with early childhood caseload
• Also acting as consult for high school students
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of 23-24 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation.
