    • Under general direction, coordinate and deliver a suite of training workshops including operations, computer literacy, product knowledge, sales and service, and other general workshops offered, typically focused on the Branch Network.
    • Actively identify training needs related to changes in the industry, at Mission Fed, business processing systems, products, services, policies, and procedures. Takes initiative to update, and redesign assigned workshops to reflect the most current information.
    • Use available resources and Subject Matter Experts, to research, design, develop, and deliver new e-learning and/or instructor-led courses as assigned.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training courses through observation, branch visits, and post-survey feedback. Propose and implement changes to support the evaluation.
    • Complete all logistical tasks needed to effectively conduct in-person and virtual training sessions. This includes monitoring requests from Team Members to be enrolled or unenrolled and taking action in the Learning Management System (LMS) accordingly, sending appropriate email announcements to class participants, ensuring all related training materials are up to date, setting up classrooms for training sessions with themed items and training materials, making sure all computers, projectors, signature pads, etc. are working properly to effectively facilitate the class, ensuring a welcoming environment for training participants, and conduct all post related training tasks, such as marking participants complete, providing access to appropriate systems and sending out email notifications if needed.
    • Coach Team Members through the duration of their training. Evaluate participants' performance and consult with participants' supervisors as appropriate.
    • Assign Team Members to appropriate Learning Plans and courses within the LMS. Perform administrative duties in the LMS as needed.
    • Work with our compliance team throughout the year to review and make changes to compliance courses. With the direction and guidance of our compliance team, assign necessary compliance courses to Team Members.

    Here is what we are looking for:

    • 2 years of credit union or banking experience. This hands-on experience will be crucial in understanding the training needs of our Team Members.
      • Experience with posting transactions in Symitar, opening new accounts, processing loan applications, lending knowledge, and branch operations is preferred.
      • Experience with program facilitation, multimedia authoring, and presentation software preferred.
    • The ability to quickly learn Mission Fed's operational procedures and new computer software quickly and efficiently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, and Symitar.
      • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar software, is a plus.

    Base Pay/Salary:

    $ $32.00 an hour

    The hourly rate range that we expect to pay for this position is $ $32.00. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
