    Job DescriptionSegment, Identify & target strategic accounts in your regionDrive new business opportunities by having your ear to the ground and finger on the pulse.

    Work hand in hand with the DSO and Labs OEM sales team and the ClearX team to identify and work on bundling opportunities.

    Utilize CRM system and sales analytics tools to accurately track sales performance and activities and to forecast, whilst constantly identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

    Effective pipeline management through the use of the CRM systemBuilding and maintaining long-term strong strategic relationships within strategic accounts and providing a best-in-class serviceCreation of commercial offers related and adapted to strategic and large accountsWorking in very close collaboration with the IOS product management & the business operation team to define and create an optimal internal set-up related to customersCollaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns.

    Maintain overall ownership and management of the accountsContinuously monitors & measures adoption and growth within accountsDriving sales excellence through monitoring KPIs and CRM utilization,Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and goals, specifically around areas of services and customer satisfaction.

    Intense interaction with key customers and the sales organization will be imperative, at least in the early stages.

    As a business development role, it is expected to define a strategy to grow those particular customersExpected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading growth strategiesDeliver education events and webinars by also building strong advocates/KOLs.

    Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assignedParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsHolistic approach to all business linesRegular meetings with customers will be privileged to maintain and optimize the efficiency and reactivity of timeline actionsThis role will be home-office and field-based.

    RequirementsBusiness or science-related degree level educatedProven track record of success, particularly in the IOS field,Strong background in IOS sales business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field.

    Strong understanding of the dental market within group accounts and possesses a strong network with easy access to decision-makersAbility to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinkingA clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approachStrong organizational/project management skillsA high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technologyThe ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customersAbility to manage conversations and challenge C-Suite level individualsResilience and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environmentBenefitsFull benefits
