Shifts : 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (hours may vary depending upon business)


Required Skills :

Nurse Practitioner:
MSN from an accredited nursing school - specialty in Family Practice preferred

• Three years' work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care preferred
• National FNP licensure from the AANP or the ANCC
• Current unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license
• Current DEA license and CPR certification
• Possession of a valid California Driver License, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct primary care ambulatory services to include examination, diagnosis, treatment, referral

and follow-up of patients. Providing service to pediatric, family practice, prenatal, adult and general

practice.

• The diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic and long-term health care
• Educating patients and/or family members about preventive care, medical issues and use of prescribed

medical treatments and/or medications

• Provide all services in accordance with accepted medical standards, organizational policies, and in a

manner that is responsive to the needs of all patients
