Responsibilities

• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Provides therapy modality assistance to the physician based on the therapy Script
• May perform injury specific soft tissue mobilization to include, but not limited to deep tissue therapy and PNF stretching.
• Must have knowledge and experience with various stretching techniques
• Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information
• Maintain clinical documentation of therapies performed and provided
• Responsible for being in compliance with Joint Commission guidelines
• Communicate and work closely with Physicians and Office Manager

Massage Therapist Qualifications:

• Licensed in the state of Florida
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
• Massage therapists must carry liability insurance.
• Must be customer service oriented
• Maintain a positive attitude while at work
• Must be a team player
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and attire

Requirements:

• Licensure: State LMT License required
• Insurance: Individual Liability Insurance required

Salary:

• Competitive and based upon experience

Full-time working 9:00-1:00 and 3:00-7:00 on Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
