    We are seeking a driven, energetic, and professional Outside Sales Representative who will help support our continued growth while providing our customers with high quality products and service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to establish and sustain strong relationships with customers and has experience selling in an industrial setting.

    Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative:

    • Identify and successfully cultivate new business opportunities by cold calling
    • Develop healthy business relationships with new and existing customers by identifying problems and offering solutions from the company portfolio of products and services
    • Achieve business plan objectives including sales growth in the assigned territory
    • Develop a knowledge of all the company's product and service offerings
    • Develop and present effective proposals to customers
    • Engage in our professional learning opportunities
    • Become a technical resource to both internal and external customers
    • Actively contribute to Ameraseal sales strategy to exceed business goals
    • sales activities to the Sales Manager weekly

    Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative:

    • Previous experience selling products in an industrial setting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems
    • Demonstrated success at developing new business
    • 5 plus years of outside sales experience
    • College degree in Business or Sales preferred.
