    We're Looking For

    A motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, mentoring sales representatives to achieve their targets and oversee the running of our Orlando showroom

    (which specializes in installing the products on offer through our online store).

    Responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    Managing the team of specialists.
    Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills.
    Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
    Collaborate with marketing, R&D, technical support and other cross-functional teams.

    We Expect From Candidates

    Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
    Good organizational and Decision-making skills.
    Good understanding of automotive and consumer technology.

    Additional Assets

    An undying love for all things BMW.
    Experience in the e-commerce industry.
    Experience in sales over live web chat and phone.
