The Residence Hall Director position is a full-time live-in position in a university residence hall, focused on community engagement and student development.Responsibilities
- Provides direct supervision to a team of 6-16 student staff members.
- Maintains daily student contact and face to face availability for students through office hours, building walk throughs, and attendance of hall programs.
