    Overview:

    Position Purpose


    The Regional Catering Coordinator (RCC) will manage catering sales strategy and support the efforts of the Restaurants within their region.

    This position reports directly to the District

    Manager.


    Organizational Relationship
    Reports to District Manager


    Goals:

    • Develop and execute quarterly catering sales plan and goals.
    • Conduct pre-qualified sales call visits to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide support, training and development of catering software and Sales Plan tools among the District Managers, General Managers and Assistant Managers in the region to achieve catering sales budget goals.
    • Lead the implementation of national catering marketing promotions, i.e. Administrative Professionals Week, Sorority Rush, Teacher's Appreciation Week.
    • Build collaborative partnerships with Ops Leadership, Store-level, Marketing and Training teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the District Managers, General Managers and Assistant Managers to drive catering sales and goals outlined in Catering Sales Plans.
    • Identifies, schedules and conducts all "new prospect" catering sales call visits.
    • Ensures all catering sales leads from sales call visits are input into Monkey Media catering software daily.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze catering sales numbers daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Make tactical recommendations accordingly.
    • Establish close and effective relationships with Director of Operations to identify market-appropriate tactics and solutions to catering issues.
    • Utilize CRM tool in Monkey Media catering platform to develop a tactical plan for "first- time users", "lapsed users" and "moderate to heavy users".
    • Conducts all catering client presentations.
    • Ensure brand standards are met in the execution of caterings.
    • Ensure marketing promotions directed by CSC Support Center are executed as designed.
    • Host training webinars and annual conference calls to supplement one on one support
    • Maintain and be prepared to provide all sales / statistical metrics as required by the District Manager
    • Communicate all significant issues to the DM or VP in a timely manner with appropriate recommendations for resolution.
    • Be prepared for market visits by the DM.
    • Be prepared to assist the DM with collateral duties and special projects as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Clear and effective communication skills written, verbal and presentation.
    • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
    • Strong ability to effectively utilize computer and associated programs.
    • Practice "Serv Safe Food" procedures
    • Maintain valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
    • Demonstrated sales skills. Able to understand sales budgets and write sales plans to meet budget requirements.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • High School Diploma
    • Previous restaurant experience, strongly preferred
    • Previous sales experience required
