    Data Management Specialist (Associate)

    As a Data Management Specialist (Associate) at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will work to streamline services for managing data as an asset, perform Agile software development, and provide Cloud services across a DoD agency. Your work will shape opportunities for the management of data-as-knowledge used in real-time missions and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security. The primary areas of performance include Data Management, Cybersecurity, Software Services, Infrastructure and Platform Services, and Cloud Services.

    Experience and Qualifications:
    To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
    Required Education and Years of Experience:
    • Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
    Required Qualifications:
    • Able to advise and assist in developing and implementing a data management plan that focuses on the collection, structure/format, entry, validation, editing, and reporting of data.
    • Experience creating technical documents detailing defined procedures and creating and implementing training sessions.
    • Experience demonstrating complex problem solving skills by identifying data related issues and suggesting solutions.
    This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
    This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency mission
    • An understanding of the Agile Software Development Processes
    • Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures.
    • Ability to perform routine work with basic instruction under general supervision, or perform new work or special assignments with more detailed instructions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.
    • Ability to interact with personnel within their organization and external customers to obtain or provide information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
    Telework Availability: 100% Onsite but work a 9/80 Schedule.

    Summary Pay Range:
    Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
    $42,300 - $51,700
