- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks related to restoration projects, including framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, etc.
- Assess and repair structural damage caused by disasters such as fire or water damage.
- Work with various materials, tools, and equipment to complete restoration projects efficiently and to industry standards.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate and precise carpentry work.
- Remove and replace damaged building materials, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and trim.
- Assist in the restoration of historical or architecturally significant properties when required.
- Collaborate with project managers, restoration teams, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Uphold safety standards and practices on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Proficient in trim install, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and painting.
- Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
