job summary:
A Mechanical Field Engineer is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of the St. Louis MO area.

The Mechanical Field Engineer is responsible for supporting the Mechanical aspects of facility Office Renovations, Heat Mitigation projects, and HVAC Renewal projects by facilitating mechanical building system startups, conducting inspections, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities include providing expert assistance in reviewing submittals and drawings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and overseeing mechanical contractors' work for adherence to project delivery methods and schedules.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management and 5 years in the mechanical design field, with expertise in developing design criteria for mechanical systems for industrial facilities.

They should possess strong organizational, communication, and schedule management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.

Additional desired qualifications include experience with Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
