The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Internal Controls.This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial success.
Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to enhance the overall financial performance.
Conduct regular financial analysis, prepare detailed budgets, and make recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with the management team to strategize on financial planning and budgeting.
Evaluate and manage project financial risks, and ensure all financial operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Internal Controls.
Proven experience in managing financial operations, creating budgets, and forecasting financial trends.
Proficiency in financial software and databases.
Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations in the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
