    Overview:
    Summary/ObjectiveIn the IT Project Manager I
    • Infrastructure position, you'll serve as the servant leader for your team(s) by ensuring clear communication and helping the team reach its goal.
    This position will also lead other Scrum Masters with the goal of consistent practices across the project life cycle.

    You will drive the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) focused on predictable, quality delivery and driving continuous improvement of the team.

    This role will work heavily with the Director for fulfilment of all duties assigned to support the department.

    Scrum Master Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor the organization to facilitate adoption and maturityLead and influence others including those more senior on best practices.

    Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on a program retrospectiveManage partnerships with external vendorsRecommend improvements and drive alignment across the innovation organizationAct as a leader to the product / project core development teamOversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of product (outcome)Ensures team maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery of business valueFacilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor product / project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencingHelps team pro-actively identify impediments and recommends solutions to remove impedimentsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and business ownersDocument progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholdersTake responsibility for successful product delivery with strong partnership with the product ownersActively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training and independent study to further develop self and communitySoft SkillsLeadership and Strong Management of othersExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Personality - ability to work with enterprise teams (matrixed) & multiple time zonesEnergy ability to motivate teamsProblem solving skillsStrong technical backgroundQualificationsBachelors degree in business or related field preferredCertifications PreferredAdvanced CSMCAC (Certified Agile Coach)PMIs Agile Certified ProfessionalPMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certificationMinimum of 5 years, 7+ preferred SM or Project Manager requiredExperience in a Financial institution (understanding of financial governance) preferredWork Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment.

    This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.

    TravelThis position will require up to 10% travel.
