Job Summary
This person will build financial and data analytic capacity by independently learning current financial and related systems optimizing available data/reports independently identifying and quantifying opportunities developing new processes for improving the financial productivity quality KPIs.Conducts directs financial research to advance decision-making communication to critical stakeholders Prepares statistical reports analysis presentations etc.
Maintains updates all recruitment data in Academic 360 conducts FTE distribution cFTE management template review exercises reconciles reviews purchased service joint venture agreements oversees management of IADF discretionary accounts funds-flow reconciliation evaluates IADF discretionary account management funds-flow reconciliation manages purpose code labor expense allocations ensures proper cost attribution reviews manages extra service pay submissions identifies cost-saving opportunities develops maintains data collection systems dashboards supports faculty compensation plan other financial initiatives executes quantitative qualitative analyses support decision-making guide departmental initiatives analyzes statements clinical research revenue budget variances identify growth efficiency conduct lookback proforma analyses evaluate recruitment productivity assumptions evaluates acuity volume data manage productivity improvements projects audits section-level budget ensure reporting accuracy inform annual budget cycles utilizes tools connect results strategic insights communicate findings effectively partners revenue cycle team identify implement revenue-enhancing strategies directs managements projects comprehensive project manage strategic initiatives develop project plans identification key stakeholders deliverables timelines resources relevant patient access experience clinic utilization staff engagement compliance assesses address barriers obstacles achieve goals develop measurement analytic strategies monitor outcomes over time applies standardized tools methodologies consistent execution collaborates Section Administrators develop budget-positive equity-positive business cases ambulatory inpatient procedural performance utilizes approaches technology internal consultancy prepares concise professional summaries plans as appropriate presents findings levels staff targeting presentation knowledge needs audience including internal senior management clinicians frontline staff works smooth information flow involved parties develops summary communication materials executive level presentations requested encourages engages discussion build trust among team members communicating early often utilizes coping perceptivity skills identifying appropriate pace change awareness stakeholder needs incorporates planning execution initiatives performs moderately complex datasets extracting applicable information provides professional support defining applying principles manipulation statistical applications programming analysis modeling performs related work as needed.
