PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is looking for a Visitor Relations Specialist for a large aerospace client to facilitate guest engagement throughout the Future of Flight facility. In this position you will be guest-facing in a fun, interactive environment Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for customer-focused interactions are some qualities an optimal candidate would bring. Job Title: Visitor Relations

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months)

Location: Mukilteo, WA 98275 (ONSITE)

Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 8 hour shifts

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year related work experience in a role which required strong customer service and communication skills
• 1+ year background in collaborating within a team setting
• Positive, enthusiastic personality
• Must be able to work in standing or walking position for up to 6 hours
• Ability to use: radio, microphone, computer, cell phone, writing implements, cleaning supplies, PPE equipment
• Flexible schedule with ability to work early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• 6 months experience with ticketing point of sales
• Experience in client-facing roles

Job Duties:

• Provide lobby services such as greeting guests and scanning tickets
• Assist customers with online, phone, and point of sale ticket transactions for tour and event offerings
• Leading STEM activities such as robotics and drone experiences
• Interpretation to guests of gallery and interactive exhibits
• Resolve customer issues as they arise
• Coordinate with other team members to conduct daily on-time business processes to support Future of Flight priorities

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
