Foxhound Federal is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with expertise in the area of Recruiting and Talent Management.

We have been serving large and small government integrators and commercial companies with a particular interest in helping small businesses set and grow their Talent Acquisition programs.

We live by the credo that ALL companies eventually need outside help be it a recruiter or staffing company.

Once all friends, friends of friends and family are hired companies need to step out of their small business/start up mentality.

That is where Foxhound Federal steps in. We become one with our clients and flood them with great candidates.


What we seek:

If you are a great Business Developer, you may be working and that is fine.

If you are not working, you may be able to cash in big due to your wide sphere of influence.

We are seeking BD professionals that can introduce us to companies that may have a need for our services.

Once we close a new client you will know everything, we know regarding rates charged the client, cost of our employees and the margin.

That is important because you will receive exactly 25% of the margin, just for an introduction. This could even be with the company where you are presently working. Surely everyone comes across companies in their BD endeavors that your company is not geared for but needs help. This is the opportunity to cash in on them versus disregarding that contact.

Compensation:
$100, $200,000.00 per year
