The mission of the Idaho Industrial Commission is to fairly administer the Idaho Workers' Compensation Law The Idaho Industrial Commission (IIC) currently has an opening in the Fiscal Division for a temporary summer position.

This Financial Support Technician position is a full-time, temporary position that provides the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in both the Accounting and Government sectors.

This position does not provide benefits.

This position will provide support for daily Fiscal operations by performing activities such as the following: Data entry into Luma, the State of Idaho's new ERP system that encompasses financial operations Data entry into IIC's internal database related to the reporting requirements, assessment and collection of workers' compensation premium taxes Entry level accounting and bookkeeping functions, including the basics of budgeting and cost accounting Assisting in digitizing and maintaining files Performing other duties as assigned in support of the Industrial Commission's operations, mission and purpose

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel The ability to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and via email Experience in following both written and oral instructions The ability to stay focused while accurately completing repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
