    Clarity Partners is seeking a

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative local to Chicago, IL.

    This position will support a large-scale client project to assist with on-street parking, red light, and speed enforcement programs. The Customer Service Representative requires demonstrated understanding of service center support processes and procedures. This is a hybrid position that will report on-site 4 times a month.


    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.

    Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and communicate the information required for the motorist to take the appropriate action in resolving their situation.

    Ability to accurately enter and record interactions with motorists and notes all actions and/or steps completed.
    Walk the customer through billing types, charges, and rates.
    Direct unresolved/out of scope issues to the next level of support personnel/ the proper department.
    Perform clerical duties, such as receiving and sending faxes, filing, and writing work orders.
    Provide accurate information on billing types, charges, rates, and municipal requirements.
    Notate events and problems and their resolution.

    Requirements


    Requirements:
    2+ years of experience in customer service and solid understanding of phone and customer service etiquette.

    Must learn, adapt, and adjust to frequent script changes and changes in the parking, red light, and speed enforcement program.

    Required to report onsite 4 times a month.
    Ability to learn client applications and perform general office duties.
    Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
    Ability to retain a wealth of information to provide to customers.
    Fluent in Spanish.
    Proficiency in English.
    Possess basic computer skills.
    Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
