Position Summary:
The Manager, FP&A will oversee all FP&A functions supporting our Franchisor business, Distribution, and Company Restaurants.
This role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, budgeting, forecast, performance analytics, financial modeling, scenario planning, and works cross functionally to translate financials and metrics into action.
The Manager, FP&A plays a key role advising senior management on financial strategies that support overall business goals.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in franchising or multi-unit operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesFP&A
Manage financial and KPI reporting across all lines of business
Lead annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long range planning across lines of business
Build financial models to support scenario planning, new store openings, acquisitions, pricing, cost optimization, and capital committee financial support
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Development to use financials and data to support decision making and key strategic priorities
Systems & Process Improvement
Oversee the implementation and integration of financial management systems and software
Design, build, and implement repeatable and efficient process with proper documentation
People & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, promoting accountability, accuracy and professional growth
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A in a high-growth, multi-unit environment — ideally franchising or retail/hospitality
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with accounting oversight, controls, and compliance in a fast-moving organization
