QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment

A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals

An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)

A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

Your knack for generating replacement sales leads and promoting maintenance agreements ensures that our company growth plans keep accelerating and you reap the rewards of your efforts
