    This candidate should have experience in data analysis and data integration to contribute to the development of the data-driven and artificial intelligence solutions for our company objectives.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable insights using thorough data analysis, and working alongside the development team to ensure seamless integration of systems and data.

    The candidate will interpret and analyze data to transform it into information for all business areas to support their decision making.

    Responsibilities span the full lifecycle activities including requirements analysis and design, development of analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuous monitoring of performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform business and data analysis for end user reports and ETL requests. Complete this objective through the utilization of SQL, and/or other reporting & data mining technology tools.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance or investments and data integration solutions.

    Assist the development and delivery of ETL applications, adhoc / recurring reports. Assist with testing and implementation from a data lifecycle perspective.

    Acquire a strong understanding of the company's AI initiatives and assist in designing, building, and implementing AI solutions for investments, when required.

    Develop appropriate data requirements of documentation in line with PB's/PCS's SDLC framework including data requirements, data mapping, data analysis and test plans, workflows, and data integrations.

    Design & develop reports with corresponding dashboards to monitor the performance and effectiveness of finance / investment systems and to provide actionable insights for business users.

    Define data quality plans to address data quality issues; work with business partners to build business understanding of data issues.

    Coordinate user testing, training, and rollout activities for the implemented data analysis and data integration solutions. Ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
    Cultivate strong professional work-relationships with team members across the business as appropriate.
    Facilitate individual workload and deliver upon project milestones on time / within budget.


    TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS


    3-5 years of background knowledge as a Data Analyst or IT Business Analyst with a focus on finance or investments and data analysis / integration.

    Strong knowledge of relevant technology toolsets relative to data analysis and documentation including SQL, data modeling, metadata organization, data cleaning, and reporting tools.

    (i.e., business objects, or other data reporting / data mining tools.
    Require experience with large SQL databases.
    Adept within queries, report writing, and able to present findings.
    Familiarity with the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques in the finance or investment domain, is a plus.
    Possess the knowledge of compliance data experience, is a plus.


    GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
    Require experience within the financial services industry. Candidate has a background in analysis and documentation of financial data.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
    Strong attention to detail in all objectives, with accuracy in data.
    Experience in data warehousing.
    Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
    Able to work in a team environment for the resolution of issues.


    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
