    Are you ready to take your truck driving career to the next level? J.B. Hunt is on the lookout for dedicated regional CDL-A drivers As a part of our Dedicated Contract Services, you'll enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer, making your job both rewarding and stable.

    This position features an activity-based pay plan that promotes safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. In fact, our drivers have achieved annualized earnings of $105,000 over the past six to twelve months. Plus, we're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time

    Job Details:

    • Pay Rate: $0.67 - $0.71 per mile
    • Live Stop Pay: $28 - $30 per stop
    • Drop/Hook Pay: $28 - $30
    • Detention Pay: $20 per hour after 1 hour
    • Driver Unload: $28 - $30
    • Shop Shuttle: $50
    • Refused Delivery: $28 - $30
    • Trainee Pay: $300 per day
    • Safety Training Pay: $15 per hour
    • Holiday Pay: $200 per day
    • Weekly Home Time
    • Onsite Management
    • Paid Online Orientation

Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. This position may also be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance.
