- Collect organizational learning needs and contribute to the design of training and development plans, ensuring that training programs are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the internal delivery of training programs, as well as the training calendar, with a particular focus on those that support the company's cultural transformation.
- Promote compliance with company policies and practices and support the cultural transformation process within the organization.
- Manage performance evaluations, ensuring proper system usage and analyzing performance metrics.
- Manage talent identification, succession planning, performance metrics, and career development plans to ensure the growth and retention of key personnel within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to the organizational culture during the onboarding process and support new employees in their integration experience, offering personalized attention to facilitate their adaptation to the company culture.
- Be an active participant in region-specific projects, such as initiatives for workplace climate, volunteer programs, and any other activities designated by the corporate office.
