- Support the execution of affiliation events like PA meeting (Global/Regional), Worldwide officers meeting, local office engagement events, townhalls, etc.
- Support onboarding of TDA employees in the region
- Support various learning and development initiatives such as digital days, new hire immersion program, TDA live sessions, etc.
- Support content and communication pertaining to these initiatives.
- Support scheduling, and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders
- Maintain and update PA affiliation database for employees in the system monthly
- Regularly update facepages and contacts on internal portal
- Manage PA reporting eg. TDA affiliates, new promotes, new hires, etc.
- Data analysis and visualization using MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Working independently and thought partnering with senior members of the team - getting time with key stakeholders and proactively driving initiatives
- Working collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, including strong, clear verbal communication, crisp writing skills and familiarity with structured PowerPoint presentations
- Organized and detail-oriented - able to manage your own agenda and deliverables with discipline - strong sense of ownership and very outcome oriented
- Confident and able to engage with senior Leaders, often directly without oversight
- Ongoing Bachelors or Masters studies with high academic achievements preferably in business studies
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in and willingness to develop solid understanding of the subject area
- Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Strong project management skills and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highest ethical standards, able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
