- Create, Build, and Retain relationships with your own client base
- Perform consultations to discover the client's unique needs and create the appropriate skin health and wellness plan for that client
- Administering the appropriate esthetic services
- Educating the client on the benefits of routine use of the services and service pairings
- Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their skin health
- Selling Restore's esthetic services and memberships to existing and new clients
- Cross-selling other Restore modalities to maximize the client's skin health and wellness, enhancing the esthetic service benefits
- Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records of each session
- Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
- Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
- Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
- Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the leadership team and additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changes
- Assist in promotion creations and Social Media postings
- Assist with studio operations including greeting clients, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our POS system to check out clients, operate our wellness equipment, etc.
- You're a licensed esthetician
- You value and respect people, integrity, and excellence
- You have a strong passion for helping people look and feel their best
- You have a strong desire to achieve goals
- Your verbal and written communication skills are on point
- You have at least 1.5 years esthetician experience
- You have proven sales experience
- You ask good questions, listen well, discern a client's needs, and choose the best treatment for them
- It's preferred, but not required to have experience or certification in HydraFacial and/or CryoSkin equipment
- You are willing to work 2 weekends/month
