Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Assistant who will serve as a key clinical support role for our new Primary Care office. The MA is responsible for assisting providers with patient care, performing clinical procedures, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and staff.Responsibilities
- Field questions and e-mails/texts from all Primary Care Providers.
- Answer calls and handle patient/family complaints.
- Upload new patient face sheet to billing company and compile accurate and verified insurance information.
