Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations including production.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
Management of all resale inventory and inventory levels.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to engage with, and positively motivate delivery, sales and production teams.
Maintaining sales margin goals as set by management.
Ensure a high level of service/quality to all customers.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes and implementing innovative changes.
Working knowledge of all fabrication equipment.
Assisting in the production process if needed.
Communicate with the detailing and production staff to effectively oversee the production schedule.
Coaching the inside sales staff on best practices and providing training tools for continued improvement.
Interpreting and reporting on monthly P L's.
Other duties or special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business preferred, but not required.
Minimum of three years management experience desired.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
Comfortable in a fast-paced or high pressure environment.
Must be willing to reside within the area of responsibility.
Proficiency with computers, including Google G Suite and MS Office.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
