    We are funded by top investment partners & have raised 11.We're seeking a founding Lead SDR for our enterprise market to join our dynamic sales team.

    The Lead SDR will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline.

    As an Senior/Lead SDR, you'll conduct outreach, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with potential customers while helping the rest of the SDR team as a mentor.

    Conduct research on persona and accounts level to initiate conversations with the ideal buyer personas within identified customer profiles in North America.

    Set up preliminary meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition & benefits of our offerings.

    Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
    Collaborate with your AE to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead hand-off process.
    Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to tailor outreach messages effectively.

    Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment for at least 4 to 8 years.

    Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and through written communication.

    Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects.
    Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
