Job Summary:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to spearhead the development of a comprehensive reporting program with a focus on subscription metrics and analytics. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the development of a program from the ground up and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Duties:

• Lead the development of subscription reporting program from inception to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with finance, IT, sales, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
• Identify and address systemic issues affecting data integrity and reporting accuracy, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as SOX compliance, and develop policies and documentation to support accurate and compliant reporting
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure that compensation plans are aligned
• Translate technical concepts into business insights for executive stakeholders, addressing their questions and concerns to gain buy-in for the program
• Provide guidance on data governance policies and corporate standards, ensuring compliance and alignment with business rules.
• Drive the adoption of reporting tools and technologies, with a focus on Tableau and Power BI, to enhance data visualization and accessibility

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on SaaS reporting and analytics
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate business needs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with SaaS and subscription metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to design reporting solutions
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
