Part-Time Stihl Tech

This role is located at a Great Lakes Ace Hardware store. We are growing and expanding our team, seeking friendly faces to join us.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have experience in small engine repair and equipment maintenance, preferably with STIHL power equipment. They should also be able to demonstrate how to use a variety of STIHL products effectively.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Repair STIHL equipment ensuring it's safe for use
• Order necessary parts for repairs
• Schedule regular maintenance checks on all STIHL gear

Responsibilities:

>Customer Service & Sales: Ensure customers receive top-notch assistance when locating merchandise or understanding product information using The S.A.L.E.S. process; complete company paperwork accurately; manage inventory levels; display merchandising displays according to plan-o-gram guidelines.
-Cleanliness after closing hours by following the nightly routine checklist ensures proper recovery of areas.  Familiarity with new items coming into stock as well as periodic ad campaigns promotes active awareness among staff members working together towards success within these walls every single day without fail since yesterday night already passed so today again before heading off home early afternoon commute begins now leave time usually around four pm give ourselves enough buffer space otherwise meeting next week doesn't fit neatly into schedule therefore finding alternative date soon become necessity rather than preference especially considering proximity between locations mentioned previously hereinbefore aforementioned thus altering course slightly but ultimately achieving overall objective set forth hereabove continuing this thread further down line where appropriate keep progressing somehow
