The RN - PACE role involves providing and supervising professional nursing care for elderly patients within the community, following nursing best practices and Oregon Nurse Practice Act.

The position supports the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), aiming to help older adults live independently through clinics and home visits.

Description
$7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.

Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and expertise.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire:
Oregon Registered Nurse License

Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year Home health RN experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
