Job Description
Beloform Craft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations at our Houston facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring processes run smoothly, timelines are met, and quality standards are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily production activities and workflow schedules
Support the production team with materials preparation and organization
Monitor production timelines and help ensure deadlines are achieved
Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes
Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational challenges
Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
