Description

Seeking a Data Architect for data-driven decision making across the enterprise by implementing data governance & data analytics solutions.

Duration:12-mo. contract/through

Work location: Columbus (hybrid-onsite 2 days a week)

Must currently reside the Columbus Metro Area

Duties/exp.

Design & implement logical & physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval & analysis.
Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement & minimize errors.
Lead the development & implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency & accuracy across the organization.
Develop & enforce data quality standards & processes to maintain the integrity of data & ensure smooth exchange with the platform.
Champion & implement data governance frameworks & policies to ensure data security, privacy & accessibility within and when collaborating with the platform.
Collaborate with cross functional teams within and with the platform team to understand business needs & translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration.
Stay abreast of emerging data management trends & technologies, evaluating their potential application within the organization & for enhancing collaboration with the platform.
At least 7 yrs.

of exp. in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.

Exp.

designing and implementing logical & physical data models.

In depth knowledge of data warehousing & data management.
Expertise in Master Data Management principles & best practices.
Strong understanding of data quality methodologies & data cleansing techniques.
Exp.

with data governance frameworks & procedures.

Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
