    Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

    Location: Tampa

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our production tea. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble complex mechanical components with precision and efficiency. The Mechanical Assembler will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble mechanical components and systems.
    • Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
    • Use hand and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and torque wrenches, to perform assembly tasks.
    • Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or discrepancies as they arise.
    • Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times.
    • Follow established procedures for inventory management and part tracking.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as a mechanical assembler or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
    • Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
