    Job Description:

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technical team and foster innovation in our app's evolution. The CTO will supervise the complete technology stack, from designing the architecture to implementation, ensuring our platform maintains its cutting-edge position in the tech scene.

    This position demands a forward-thinking individual with robust leadership traits, a fervor for personal growth, and a history of delivering scalable and dependable software solutions. We are currently in the final stretch of fundraising.

    This presents an exciting chance to become part of a company set for substantial expansion and contribute significantly from the grassroots level.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the technical vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overarching goals and aspirations.
    • Supervise and guide a team of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical experts, fostering a culture of cooperation, innovation, and excellence.
    • Steer the development of new features and functionalities for the app, with a focus on user experience, scalability, and security.
    • Oversee the architecture, development, and upkeep of our backend systems, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
    • Collaborate closely with diverse teams such as product management, design, and marketing to ensure seamless technology integration with business ventures.
    • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, leveraging them to enhance our platform continuously.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to meet our technical necessities and strategic goals.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated track record of leadership and achievements in a technology leadership capacity, preferably in a fast-paced startup setting.
    • Robust technical proficiency in software development, architecture design, cloud computing, and mobile app development (iOS and Android).
    • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with multifunctional teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Passion for personal development and a profound comprehension of the psychology and motivation driving behavior transformation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a dedication to delivering top-notch solutions punctually and within budget.
