*This is a REMOTE roleWe are looking for individuals who are comfortable working out of their home office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as FlexPLM process lead, create new approaches to solve problems and grow business
• Understand and map out overall client processes and systems
• Collaborate closely with technical solution architects to ensure that the solution architecture aligns with technology and business capability roadmaps
• Ensure that technical and functional requirements are designed into the end-to-end solution.
• Propose high level PLM solution designs to improve and/or optimize existing product development processes
• Partner with impacted parts of the business to implement new processes, functionality, and ongoing efficiency improvements
• Understands the process to upgrade FlexPLM solution to most recent versions
• Able to analyze clients' data models, and advise them on the best way to cleanup, manipulate and prepare their data for migration
• Participate in and facilitate architecture design reviews
• Recommend solutions to customers to improve new and existing database systems based upon PLM industry knowledge and experience.
• Lead & collaborate with fellow ArcherGrey business partners,Subject Matter Experts (SME) and client stakeholders to define and document business requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5-10+ years working in Information Technology, preferably with an emphasis on business process
• 5+ years' experience with FlexPLM between vertically integrated retail businesses
