    We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team in West Henrietta (on site).

    The Position:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of production workers, ensuring smooth operations, high quality standards, and efficient completion of tasks. You will be a hands-on leader, providing direct guidance and support to team members, identifying and resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement within the department.

    The Day to Day:

    • Maintain a culture of safety and collaboration fostering productive relationships
    • Coach and mentor production leads, providing both positive reinforcement and corrective feedback
    • Collaborate with management to identify and address production issues and proactively recommend and implement workflow improvements
    • Deliver operational results that have impact on the achievement of departmental results

    What you Bring to Safran:

    • Ability to read and comprehend such data and documentation as commonly employed by the company as process details, test procedures, and reference drawings
    • Analytical skills with an ability to utilize data from multiple sources
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior experience
