    Job Title

    A Personal Banker 1 plays a vital role in our community banking culture at Nicolet National Bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interact with customers to complete transactions, open and close accounts, resolve problems, and cross-sell bank products and services.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and refer customers to appropriate staff when necessary.
    • Assist with safe deposit box transactions, run foreign currency transactions, and exchange currencies.
    • Perform back-up teller duties, organize and balance cash daily, and maintain accurate transactions.
    • Stay current on applicable banking regulations and security procedures to prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide accurate information to customers in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
    • Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
    • Engage proactively as a sales representative of bank products and services within the community.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of customer service and cash handling experience required.
    • 2-3 years of teller and personal banking experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and promote Nicolet as a bank of choice.
