    ICE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our global administrative and office services team. This is an important role, helping our employees and visitors connect to the right resources and providing the right environment for success. The ideal candidate is passionate about service and thrives on being a brand ambassador for the company. As such, a strong track record of liaising with internal and external constituents at all levels will be critical to success. Further, attention to detail, ability to manage within a high demand environment, strong interpersonal communicates skills, and a focus on execution and results are a must.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain all pantries (main, middle, back supply and reception).
    • Order supplies, such as fruit, coffee and office supplies.
    • Lead on meeting setups and logistics.
    • Lead on reception coverage.
    • Lead on messenger center requests.
    • Maintain the overall and ongoing appearance of office and conference rooms.
    • Monitor office services email requests and respond in a timely manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service through transparency and constant communication, as well as timely responses to all inquiries and requests.

    Knowledge and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Pantry services, hospitality and/or office services experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proactive
    • Comfortable responding to emails
    • Attention to detail
    • Able to lift 50 lb packages
    • Hard working, very little time sitting at desk
    • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills

    New York Base Salary Range

    The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 51, ,100 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
