    • Shape and implement a comprehensive training curriculum supporting the imminent launch of a cutting-edge treatment for hypoparathyroidism, currently under FDA evaluation
    • Lead the development and execution of disease, product, and skill-based training across the Commercial organization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with compliance standards and regulatory guidelines
    • Oversee the planning and execution of National Field Meetings and other key events in partnership with Marketing & Sales teams
    • Report directly to the Head of Sales and be based in Princeton

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial training within the biotech/pharma industry
    • Prior involvement in Biotech/Pharma Field Sales is advantageous
    • Endocrinology expertise is essential, with growth hormone experience being a plus
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for instructional content development
    • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
    • Ability to manage teams, employees, consultants, and vendors effectively
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
