- Practice solely to Total hip and knee (no general)
- Large PCP referral network
- OSP brand new state of the art clinic, surgery center and Hospital.
- 2 other partners in Total joints; full service line of professionals.
- Referral source from our critical access ortho surgeons who only do noncomplicated primary joints.
- Full dedicated joint APC (4) that support the joint practice
- 50% in clinic and 50 % in surgery (once established)
- Joints see anywhere from 3245 pts/ day
- Traditional Hours Monday Friday; 36 contact hours are in the contract. Most of our surgeons all work 40 scheuled hours. Typically, 4.5 days per week
- Requirement: Adult Reconstructive 1 year Fellowship
- 35 days time off
