About Our Client: They are leaders in hospitality known for providing quality and exceptional customer support. They're looking for self-driven individuals to join their team.

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist your goal is going to be to provide quality service to our established customers.

Pay: $16-$18hr. (DOE)

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Shifts:

8am5pm Monday-Friday
9am6pm Monday-Friday
10am7pm Monday-Friday ($0.75 Shift Differential)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and processing orders.
Respond to internal and external emails promptly and effectively.
Provide timely updates on order tracking to enhance customer experience.
Manage product returns, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly process.
Report and document damaged products, initiating necessary protocols.
Maintain organized records to facilitate efficient operational processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service, or related transferable skills
Customer centric and Internet savvy
Strong MS Office skills
