- Assist individuals with brain injury, intellectual disabilities, and other neurological disabilities in achieving a challenging, stimulating life by serving as an advocate and liaison.
- Provide supervision, training, and assistance in daily living activities such as self-care skills, social skills, recreation skills, community skills, and domestic skills for a young adult.
- Foster the individual's independence through Community Habilitation services. Work together to achieve personal goals while promoting dignity and respect.
- The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, enthusiastic; have prior experience working with cognitive or developmental disabilities. A valid New York State driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Background checks will be conducted before hiring."}>
